Hi. The original recipe was the addition of semolina first then the milk so the edit is simply the other way around as above although the current method works better for me. Enjoy!

slms...when using this dough for mini pizza bases that will be frozen for later, do i bake or fry them like roti?

Salms. Delicious...but I have to tell u a funny story. I had marinated the chicken but I couldn't remember how to make potatoes n butternut n when I tried to get to receipe it just wasn't coming 😲 . Now my mother in law was coming for lunch! Stressed out. Alhamdulillah after half n hour of continuous checking I finally came through😅.
