The first time for me to make hotcross buns and the result was very satisfying. My wife loved it. Personally, I will increase the cinnamon, and mixed spice with about 50% next time for a richer smell and taste but recipe works perfect.

@NURAAN AHMED - i think that would depend on ur oven and steak...generally i cannot eat thick cuts of meat so i always get my stuff sliced abit thin...n thinner cuts cook quickly... also go by the softness of your steak if u can break it and its not tough its done....

@UMMRAEES - i freeze mine and have never had any issues. wrap it up in foil and put it in your tupperware. The day u want to use it, allow to thaw and dip in egg and fry

actually I think I may have misread recipe and used 2 tsp salt! Maaf - 1tsp for 2 cups flour should be perfect
