Lovely jazakillahu khairaa I used banana instead of sugar, and instead of 1.5 cups gram flour, I used 1/2 cup gram flour + 1/2 cup semolina + 1/2 cup extra flour. Only because I didn't have more. Instead of water added sour milk cos i misread the recipe and my blender wouldn't go with a too dry mixture 🤦♀️. Jazakillahu khairaa again it turned out delicious. I just cut into squares puri size and fried. My family loved it.

@Thaira Abdulla - Ws sister. Yes it comes out soft and fluffy inside. You must let your dough stand for atleast an hour or longer. And fry on medium heat and dip in the syrup while still warm so that it soaks the syrup well. All the best.

Excellent recipe. Added lamb polony. Increased pasta to 3.5 cups (there was more than enough sauce)
