@Zarina Cassim - ALhumdz , im so glad to hear next time i suggest adding only 1/2 cup first let me edit recipe im sure it mustve been better with klim too .
Is there no milk in the recipe? The batter seems very stiff
Mar sha Allah recipe comes out lovely and soft only thing the flour is very little for 3/4 water . I add a little klim in my dought came out beautiful. Jazakallah for the recipe .

@Nidah - Wsalaams , it comes out more of a donut batter to place in the donut machine. It won't be possible to cut it and fry it

Absolutely awesome and came out just like the pic. Jzk! Tip: you *must* beat the eggs properly, and also after addition of the castor sugar. For the filling, I used jam, then added fresh cream beaten with a bit of castor sugar. Totally yummy
