Never posted a review before but after making this 3 times within 1 week 😂 well, I had to make an exception. Naan is beautiful in texture and softness, even left out the soomph seeds and made hotdog rolls out of them. Family and friends all requested the recipe after tasting it - no more store bought naan and rolls for us anymore 🤗👌
Could I use honey for this recipe?

Coffee taste is not too over bearing so its ideal. Adding the chocolate on top balances it out nicely

Everyone enjoyed it as it was strong and tasty but I left out the garlic sauce as I did not have it. I added fresh cream at the end and left out the mayonnaise and no spring onions

@Muzainah - I got 25/26 medium size rotis from 1 recipe (little bigger than a saucer size)
Absolutely loved making these rotis. I'm a very difficult person to work with in the kitchen. If I don't have exact quantities, I don't make it coz I'm unsure of how it will turn out and will spend all day trying to figure out what I did wrong. I hated making rotis before this coz I couldn't pin point what I was doing wrong. This recipe covered everything right down to how much water is needed. They came out perfect and soft and puffed, and theystayed soft all day. I can't tell you if it was soft the next day coz it got wiped out the same day lol. But Def a keeper!
