@Fazz - Lol my hubby too. Then i made my paneer peas and corn springrolls and he liked that too. I stuffed paneer into eggplants/ brinjals and he enjoyed that too.

@Zara Ali - yes u can purchase it its dry red chillies which are soaked , deseeded and pureed with some salt and oil or vinegar to preserve it

This is before the yogurt is added, best to warm up the dish at this point.

This tastes really good I cut my chips super thin n after 90 mins they were still hard / raw The chicken dried out I will make it again but probably air fry the chips first It's very flavourful !!

Hi. i have tried the recipe unfortunately it did not turn out as expected. the cake did not rise in fact it was a very dense cake. I have noticed that there was no baking powder or self raising flour used in the recipe so perhaps that could have been a contributing factor? i did whip the eggs as instructed in the method. :-(
