@Juwairriyyah Mowbeth - That’s great! Once you start you will become the roti master chef! Try placing some steamed mashed potato in the centre (spice of your choice) for aloo paratha style roti. Some people also put dhal as well.
If the pudding doesn't work, try to go to a Turkish store near you to buy some!! hope this helps!

Made this cake today came out lovely..taste is superb only thing i would change is to bake at 160 degrees fr 45 minutes or till done.180 degrees a bit to high
