Didn't have.. So Substituted soy sauce for tamarind and Chilli paste for Woolies Thai chilli paste. So so tasty.

Pasta turned out lovely but ill add less or no fresh cream its a bit rich. The milk and mazina mix thickens the pasta perfectly.
