Super Soft Roti ( Healthy )
I used to hate making rotis until I came across this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing.
I double the recipe (you get use to checking if you need more water n oil, sometimes I put slightly less oil).
Divide into 24 balls (medium sized rotis.
Cut out plastic squares to cover each ball, then pack it into ice cream containers. Reuse the plastic squares everytime.
Then freeze, and its still perfect 👌
