This is about a 30cmx20cm baking pan and it filled up nicely with an approximate 40mm thickness when baked. I added a grated peppermint crisp garnish. Within 24hrs, Fam of 5 destroyed it.
Awesome recipe ..... Served warm with Wollies Cookies and Cream Ice Scream. Delllicious
Made these Peppermint Choc Squares as per recipe and they were just superb.

Easy peasy. Can be eaten with a side of your favourite condiment eg. Chilli/tomato sauce etc.

Hi, can this be made in a large cake tin or does it have to be baked in two?
Is this a same a red masala paste which is used in most of the recipes ?

My first try and it's a really easy recipe that is flop proof. The rotis were delicious. Not only and also didnt crack at all. The water quantity in the recipe was a bit much for me. I would suggest adding it gradually till you are satisfied with the consistency. Thank you Pamela.
