Hummus | My Version
Assalamu Alaikum. I always wanted to try the famous hummus of the Middle East. I was looking for an easy recipe and came across yours. Although I don’t have a food processor, that couldn’t stop me, I used the blender instead. I suppose it didn’t get as smooth as it should be. I also used cooked Garbanzo beans instead of canned and sautéed the garlic a bit because I never tried raw garlic before, wasn’t sure about the taste. And finally, here I am, first time tasting hummus. It’s a fresh, new taste, creamy and awesome. I would love to have it with some toast. Very useful recipe, Barak Allahu fiki.
