Hello, we only have rose water here in Saudi and not rose essence. Is it the same thing? Or should I just make the syrup by using 1l rose water?

Aslm Alym wr wb Mariam. I tried this recipe today, but the cake rose but collapsed in the center. Any idea why. Is the 4 tsp bp not to much?
@Sakina Moola - Wslmww. Ameen! Stamp Koring is a type of wheat. Itโs available at Shoprite, Spar, Checkers Hyper etc. Itโs available in a 500g packet.
Slmz I wanted to know if you add water to a baking tray and on top of that do you add the tray with the dough
