@Muzainah - I got 25/26 medium size rotis from 1 recipe (little bigger than a saucer size)
Absolutely loved making these rotis. I'm a very difficult person to work with in the kitchen. If I don't have exact quantities, I don't make it coz I'm unsure of how it will turn out and will spend all day trying to figure out what I did wrong. I hated making rotis before this coz I couldn't pin point what I was doing wrong. This recipe covered everything right down to how much water is needed. They came out perfect and soft and puffed, and theystayed soft all day. I can't tell you if it was soft the next day coz it got wiped out the same day lol. But Def a keeper!

@Mumtaz - Hi how are you doing. Hope you keeping well. And staying safe with this lock down.. Well I use Robertson meat tenderizer. I sprinkle it normally in the morning and leave for the day. And cook my beef in the afternoon..
@Safiya Brey - honchos chilli mayo has a distinctive taste, but u can make yor own, by adding chilli or chilli sauce to mayonnaise, it should work 👍🏻👍🏻🌺
Is there a substitute for the honchos sauce (our own chilli mayo we can make)?

@Sh4k33r4_shaik_chothia - Mum said If you add extra flour you have to add extra baking powder ass well to even it out, also try and follow the step by step with exact measurements... it’s flop proof that way. ☺️☺️☺️
