Tawa Rogni Naan
Lovely, easy recipe. Naans are soft and pillowy.
Half recipe : 1/2 cup yoghurt, made about 12 small naans. Took 30 mins to roll and fry, brush with garlic/butter/herbs.
I didn't add the toasted sesame seeds but can see how it would enhance the final product, so definitely next time.
I left the dough for 5 hours before rolling- it was fine just a bit sticky so harder to deal with. You could possibly at least roll into balls and keep ready for frying before serving.
Naans should be a bit thick, otherwise it will become crispy.
