@Nazir Jooman - Taj is cinnamon sticks. I personally wouldn't add the rose water. You could try if you like.
What is "Tajj"? Would adding a hint of Rose Water to the rice give a nice twist?

@Raeesa - Double everything , except the garlic . Also another tip is when i double i use the same amount of fresh cream but add 1 1/2 to 2 cups more milk and make a paste with flour to thicken
