@Ateka - It's like a mixture of nuts almonds cashews fruit like a cereal at supermarkets near the granola etc I crushed it remove the fruit you usually enjoy with yoghurt as a breakfast cereal

@Laila Khan - wslm woolies should stock it if you are in the mayfair area , samirs fruit n veg keeps the sumac pomegranate molasses I got from the Turkish kebab house on church street as well if you have fresh pomegranate you can puree that and use
