Assalaamu alaiykum ♡ Ruhana Jazakallah for this recipe! I jus made it, it was so easy to make and it turned out lovely alhamdulillah! I didn't make it in a loaf pan, instead I filled cupcake tins ¾ way full and baked for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted came out clean. After it cooled I dusted with icing sugar. I got out 15 stunningly soft and marvellously moist cupcakes! Jazakallah again ♡
I'm sure it must be delicious. I add a tbsp or two of desiccated coconut and some sultanas to my egg and milk mixture.

Jazakallah came out lovely
Made this during the week and came out very nice. Once the chicken was cooked I added 125ml fresh cream and let it simmer well. Really enjoyed it. Shukran for sharing the recipe

Making this baked fish now. Instead of Robertsons , I am using ordinary fish spice which I got from spice emporium. Will let u know and see the finished verdict.
