When you say leave for 2 to 3 hours, is that still in a moderate oven. Also what is rice cushions and can I make them.

Wow. Marsha-Allah delicious! Jazakallahu khair for this easy recipe. And here I was afraid to use yeast assuming it takes too long but it was a bliss! Unlike the bases that call for Maas/cream, this one didn't get soggy and flat after a heavy topping. The size is also perfect, other recipes I've tried left me with 3 bases when I really only wanted 2.
