It was an easy to make salad, especially if you use rocket and baby spinach with lettuce . I alternated with Apple and Nuts in the salad to include this salad daily in a diet . Loved it :)

@Fee - U could also decrease the amount of milk but use the stipulated number of eggs and oil that the recipe calls for.
@Lolla - Added extra flour to make dough. About a cup depending on the age of the flour
