@Abeer Musbally Mélotte - I never counted before but I think 30-35 came out from this recipe.
U can use almond powder but use crushed almond. Better than powder. Or u can use half almond n half coconut.

Potato And Carrot Soup / Adapted From Another Recipe

Really lovely for iftaar. I just grated one carrot (2 was a bit much) and used potatoes. Can add more potatoes if you need more soup. For those who want a smoother soup, the carrots can also be liquidised with the potatoes.
