Very tasty, I sometimes just make the biscuit without the jam. It also comes out quite nice using gluten free flour 👍🏻

Aslm What is heavy cream? Is it fresh cream, double cream or nestle tin cream? I always get confused

Jzk so much Ruhana. What an amazing and easy recipe! Made it as a starter for a winter braai and kept getting compliments. The only change I made was to add a little more flour for the roux.
