The stir fry sauce should have been specified. I tried the sweet and sour sauce and it was awful. It ruined the whole taste of the meal. Definitely put off Thai noodles now.

Overall it was a good recipe. I think that perhaps the size of the baking pan needs to be stated using given baking time. I used a 9x12 inch pan and my biscuits were under baked. Also, I felt that the sugar was a bit less. Next time I will increase the amount of sugar slightly.

@Fathima Khan - I use whipping cream as fresh cream doesn’t hold and tends to split whilst beating. I measured before I whipped it, you can add more if you want it creamier. The dessert needs to be taken out about 10-15min before serving. The biscuit base needs a bit of time to soften.
@The.glitter.grater - Jazakallah. Just one more question. The recipe reads 2 cups whipped cream whipped stiff. Is this 2 cups of fresh cream whipped stiff or must I measure the cream after its been whipped?
