Assalaamu alaiykum ♡ Ruhana Jazakallah for this recipe! I jus made it, it was so easy to make and it turned out lovely alhamdulillah! I didn't make it in a loaf pan, instead I filled cupcake tins ¾ way full and baked for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted came out clean. After it cooled I dusted with icing sugar. I got out 15 stunningly soft and marvellously moist cupcakes! Jazakallah again ♡
I'm sure it must be delicious. I add a tbsp or two of desiccated coconut and some sultanas to my egg and milk mixture.

Made this during the week and came out very nice. Once the chicken was cooked I added 125ml fresh cream and let it simmer well. Really enjoyed it. Shukran for sharing the recipe
