Tried and tasted the flat bread receipe - devine. Soft textured melt-in- the mouth bread. Definitely one of my favourites as its quiet easy to prepare.
Can we substitute the Lebanese sauce for another sauce if we can't find it

Made these. Alhamdulillah came out nice. They were a little soft though and not crunchy. I made little balls and flattened them with the back of a fork.
This was utterly delicious light and fluffy . I have found the one scone recipe you need. Shukrun for sharing .

Slm shukraan for sharing chicken was awesome I used nandos bushveld sauce also doubled the quantity of the marinate 🙌

@SHIREEN - Wslm. No it doesn't if you cut the cheese to the size of patties, and if you dont put sauce right to edge of pastry. The pic up above in the steps shows how it bakes.
