I used “krema” ( kind of fresh cream) as that’s all that’s available in Turkey. Made it thick but you can just add milk before serving

Also, I added about 3/4 tin of condensed milk .

@UMM SULIBOBS - Maaf that's not very clear. If u mean after frying, it's because it's fried for too long and your dough was tough. If after you mean after you've formed it, again your dough was too tough. Moon dough is extremely soft and you must not over roll or over work it.

@NASEERA - Yes I agree. 2 cups is definately too much. For 2 and a half cups flour for any recipe you should use 1 and a quarter cup liquid. The sister above should add 1 cup warm water first then add quarter cup a little at a time if she feels 1 cup is too little
