Chocolate Swissroll

Came out nice, rose nicely.

However I could have used two pans, as the end result was one rather thick swiss roll! So I could have made 2 instead.
I used a 32 cm rectangular pan

For decoration, I whipped fresh cream and folded in mascarpone cheese. Topped with white/milk chocolate pieces for a decadent dessert/cake.

What an awesome recipe! So easy especially of you are a yeast beginner user like myself ;)

I used a 8 inch (20 cm) round tin to pack up the little naanies. I got 9 small ones out of it. You can let them touch each other, it's ok.

To make it lighter, I will knead the dough more next time.
