@NASEERA - Yes I agree. 2 cups is definately too much. For 2 and a half cups flour for any recipe you should use 1 and a quarter cup liquid. The sister above should add 1 cup warm water first then add quarter cup a little at a time if she feels 1 cup is too little

Lovely made for Ramadaan as small patties and put in mini cocktail rolls...made as a meal with butter sauce and puris was toooo yummy

i made these, they bubbled nicely when frying, but turned very crispy once cooled. Crispy puri is not ideal :(
