@UMME SHURAHBEEL - Wslm,u can do that. Add baking powder before frying. Don’t add with other ingredients.

@SAADIA - Wslm , I add most of the liquid I leave 1/4 cup water and add if need be , You know if kneaded when you touch it and it's no longer sticky
Salaams Do you add all the liquid to the dough when you mix it in the machine? How Do you know that you kneaded the dough enough in the machine?

@VAHED - Tortilla 1 cup flour 1 tsp ghee 1/2 tsp salt Boiling water Form balls. Roll out round. Put on tawa and Brush with ghee when ready.

Tried these ... mixed reactions from my family... I liked it .... I would prefer abit more flavouring though Which ever way you put it, it will be filling side down right ??
These were soooo good ... the fourth day and they were not dry and draggy ...I also had to add about 2 cups more of flour ... the dough was abit of a challenge
