Hi. Tried and tasted this receipe. This dessert is deadly sweet suggest reducing the amount of condensed milk. The filling did not set or harden (on slicing the cheesecake the filling ran out). Not sure what I did wrong as I followed yur receipe to the the "T".

My first attempt at soup and it came out so delicious! I didn't have veg soup so used up the onion soup.
@NAZ - Used 4 cups flour, 90g butter, quarter cup oil, 1&half cup warm milk, 10g dry purple pkt yeast, 2 Tblspn sugar, 1&half tsp salt.

@ATEKA - You place filling in center. Then fold one side in an angle inwards, and the other side in an angle inwards to make a point. Then the bottom part you fold up as a straight flap. You have to play with the dough and get used to making the shape.

Tried and tasted the flat bread receipe - devine. Soft textured melt-in- the mouth bread. Definitely one of my favourites as its quiet easy to prepare.
Can we substitute the Lebanese sauce for another sauce if we can't find it

I made this recipe. Comes out very yummy. I added sautéed onions and green pepper to it as well. I'm definitely making this again.
