Made these. Alhamdulillah came out nice. They were a little soft though and not crunchy. I made little balls and flattened them with the back of a fork.
This was utterly delicious light and fluffy . I have found the one scone recipe you need. Shukrun for sharing .

Salaams Tried yur receipe. It was devine. The only exception With the caramelized sugar and the sugar content - the pudding was sweet. I wud either half the sugar content or skip the caramelized sugar. But for thise who have a sweet tooth the receipe is perfect as is. I had to bake the pudding for 3 hours in total to get a clean tester when testing the pudding (i used a gas oven). Overall excellent receipe. Would definitely try this again. Thank u
Shukran for this recipe, posting arabic dough recipe for those that need it. 10 minute Arabic Dough 2 cups warm water 4 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp yeast 2 cups flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbsp milk powder- secret ingredient that makes 'em so soft Mix together and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Then add: 1/2 cup oil 3 cups flour+ 1 tsp baking powder (optional) Mix well and knead until combined then use as desired.
