@MRS HAFESJI - Wslm sis u can make custard @home. When chilled add plain double cream yogurt. Adjust sweetness according to taste. Use more custard. Like 3/4 part of custard n 1/4 part of yogurt. Hope this will helps you ๐.
@MRS HAFESJI - It's a paste made with coarse red chillies garlic and other spices. Typically used for curries n other Indian dishes

The dough was a bit sticky but once fried it was soft. It taste just like the ones that are bought from the restaurants.
