Made this recipe yesterday. Was awesome! Left out the sour cream / yoghurt on top..... was lazy to fry thin potato crisps so substituted with Lays plain salted ........was delicious just as is......Jazakallah for sharing.

I tried this recipe and it is delicious. Wondered why there is no salt but I guess the packet soups make up for the salt. I just added a cup of frozen mixed veg( thawed it outin hot water) to the sweetcorn then pulsed it.
