I tried this recipe but changed a few things.... Boiled rice with the stated spices just ommited onion. Sauted mushrooms....grated carrots n cubed peppers. Once veges were done added a handful of fried onions n tossed stirfry along with omlette with a dash of soy sauce in rice. Omitted Chicken as i served rice with sticky chicken
@TARYN - You need to feel it between the fingers once it starts boiling. It must stick to your fingers but must not be thick. You can use it then.

@AMEENA ATCHA - Mock Cream 125g Butter 1/2 cup castor sugar 4Tblspn Milk 4Tblspn Hot water Vanilla Essence Cream butter and sugar until white and creamy. Add the Milk and hot water 1 tblsp alternatively at a time and beat.Add vanilla essence last and mix I use this recipe is from Aadilah chotia amod under her recipe "decadent chocolate cake". Very nice cake as well
