this is very tasty,used more than1/2 tin cream in the mixture....was too rich after all the eid indulgences on the day

what should the texture of this dessert be ?
is the liquidized mixture firm like the jelly or thinner ? i found it thin, not runny but thin so i added abother can of pineapple hoping to have a firmer layer

it tasted good , very cooling after a long day of fasting

I will be making the pudding for a function about 6 trays and would like to know if the measurements you have given will be enough for the foil trayers that you get for catering or should I double the quantity of all the ingredents?
