I made this. Very easy and quick. Just be mindful of the microwave time... 10 minutes was too long for my microwave, it was starting to get a bit burnt. Otherwise, highly recommend this. Shukran for sharing
Slmz does this recipe require a ice cream machine
Slmz, I've made this cake twice now and it sunk in both times. Please advise how long it needs to bake because I baked it for 35 minutes both times before opening the oven and still it sunk. Or should it be divided into 2 baking pans perhaps? Please advise

I'm guessing in a pot. Once it's on high and all the liquid is out and the oil is left it starts frying and the chicken will get charred or almost like a braai look to it.

More or less how big are the Pitas? One or two is enough for one person right? I think 4 pita's will already be more than enough for just two of us. If i half your recipe I'll get 12 Pita's then which would leave me with a whole lot of extra dough or pita's. Can the dough or baked pita's be frozen?
