@UMMRAEES - wslm cook on tawa completely , allow to cool and then store and freeze when you wanna eat remove , soften and re heat on tawa
can we use whole wheat flour or half wheat half white and have it come out soft? mine came out harder for some reason. tips please

this is d softest tastiest cake iv ever made.made it 4 my cousins bithday. only my ganash never came out as expected .turned out cream instead of white so i added red colouring n dusted gold powder on top

@SALMA - U have to boil rice as we do for biryani.it depends on how many chickn u cooking.i use +- for 1chickn i use about 2 full cups basmati or a little more.i never measure maaf

The first time for me to make hotcross buns and the result was very satisfying. My wife loved it. Personally, I will increase the cinnamon, and mixed spice with about 50% next time for a richer smell and taste but recipe works perfect.
