@FATS - Dnt stress thast how u learn by asking :) u get ready made red chili paste or buy dry red chili soak in in hot water overnight or few hours in a machine u grind it add some vineger to preserve it

@FATIMA SAYED - Cheese and Corn Samoosas Rec cred: ruhana ebrahim Pic cred: @ruhanas_kitchen INGREDIENTS 1 cup grated gouda cheese 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese OR 3 cups grated gouda cheese 2 cups frozen corn 2 large onions (diced fine) Handful fresh dhania (chopped) Handful chives/shallots (chopped) (*Optional- ground green chilli to taste) METHOD Cook corn in microwave with salt and pepper to taste until just tender. Cool before adding to cheese. Mix everything together and fill in samoosa pur. Seal with lai and freeze. (Makes 6-8 dzn samoosas depending on size of pur and how full you fill pur)
