i made these but into cupcakes.....they sunk after removal from the oven...what did i do wrong? they bakes for 15-18 mins and each ones batter was 1 TBLSP

They say the trick to a good risotto is to add in liquid bit by bit till the rice is cooked. Will try this recipe out one of these days

@SHEENO19 - I'd rather use buttermilk. If you don't have then sour milk is fine shouldn't make much of a difference.
Quick question: can sour milk be used instead of yoghurt? if it can, will it alter the taste?
@MIKE - I agree Mike but if you look closely it's photograph the chicken appears to have some grill marks to it. From what I've read and what I know the chicken is pre-cooked either by baking broiling or roasting or grilling especially if you want the char. And then is added to the liquid and other ingredients and braised in the oven, could also be done entirely Under the Dome of your Weber kettle! I had a little fruitwood for a little smoke flavor and you could change the entire dish
