@SHABNAM MAHOMED - When you add the flour do a little at a time but don't mix too much. Because the mixing of the flour too much flattens the biscuits. Also if you add little at a time you'll be able to see when the dough is soft and has come together. And you may not need the whole three cups or may need more.

I made these they were delicious but they were dry snd the coconut didnt stick well to the gulab jamun.
Shoukd i soal them more in syrup shall i try them again once iv wiped all the coconut off

@AADS - ±2 - ½ cups until I got a nice soft dough.. I also thought it was a soft biscuit as it has icing sugar n not granulated.. After if was baked it was crispy I guess the flake inside makes it like that... It was yummy though enjoyed with tea or coffee. Perfect for dipping

Nandos Style Chicken Strips And Spicy Rice
