Salaams...made this recipe.for mums birthday was absolutely deeevine...cooked.it on stove in garlic butter and then added 250ml cream...put in oven to heat up and sauce thickens...jzk

@BENJAMIN ZAIN - Burn charcoal on gas stove. Take foil piece put on chicken. Add little ghee. Then put burn charcoal n cover immediately. Open it after 10-15 min. That’s called charcoal dum.
What does charcoal dum mean?
