Mochachoes Grilled Chicken Strips

@SOMAYYA786 - Wslm, the butchers sell the Mochachoes spice, it’s the chip spice, the magic masala I usually make mine. Here’s the recipe for it:
Magic Masala*

1kg Whole dry red chillies
½ kg fresh red chillies
1kg garlic
1 cup jeeroo
1 cup dhana
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup white vinegar
1 big tin tomato puree
Salt
Grind the above altogether.
Magic masala can be used as desired in any dish......

Mini Polony Pizzas

@FEROZA - Pizza Base (Yeast Free)

Rec cred: Hajera Ebrahim (mum)

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoon cold water

Method:
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Rub in butter into flour.
3. Add water and bind.
4. Roll onto lightly floured surface.
5. Make into med-large or mini size bases.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 180degC for 7min.
7. Remove from oven and cool.
8. Place over pizza sauce and toppings and bake for further 10-15min.
9. Sprinkle over cheese and melt cheese before serving.
10. May freeze bases after first bake. Or may prepare pizzas fully, bake and freeze. When needed just thaw out and reheat in warm oven.
