Super Soft Chocolate Cake

the recipe of the cake n the picture is posted above. I baked 3 layers of the cake in round pans and stacked them to get the height.
the cake can be sandwiched with icing / mousse / jam / any filling of your choice.
Covered in chocolate icing, and dripped with the ganache.
For the decorations i used some strawberries, a slab of a smarties chocolate, wafers, and some homemade choc decorations (melted chocs in mold and dusted with gold powder)
For the ganache, I use a small tin of nestle cream, but you can use fresh cream as well
