@TAZZY - If u like citrus, i made a lemon saffron rice yesterday. Also a nice "savoury rice" to serve with chicken, fish, lamb.

@THAIRA - Wslm. I'm glad to hear that the first try was perfect... I only use pure butter for my biscuits no margerine. Maybe try it again with butter. Otherwise see if your dough is too soft add a little more flour to make it stiff but still soft or u can place the dough in the fridge for half an hour before baking. InshaAllah this works for you. Let me know if you come right.
@ATIYYAH - 400g altogether. You get the mixed packet from checkers. You may use 400g each if making for more than 4 people.
@FATIMA LUNAT - It's balsamic vinegar reduced with honey till it forms a dressing. U can buy balsamic reduction readymade as well
