This must be the simplest vermicelli recipe I've come across ... no fancy additions and it was absolutely delicious 😋... reminded me and my hubby of my mother in laws 😀 I live in Canada and I always forget to bring sunshine vermicelli when I come from SA ... so I'm always buying this super fine one from Pakistan .... and I always just add water liberally n it ends up mushy ... thanx for the tip ... that fixes that problem ie. add 1-3 tablespoons just to soften ... thank you 🙏
