@SHERIEN ESSAKJEE - Wslm. I make this very often and that's never happened so I'm not 100% sure of the cause of the bitterness. I think it might be that the vagaar was burnt as the vagaar ingredients do become very bitter when burnt.

25 Garlic cloves (lasun) 3 teaspoons Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds salt to test lemon juice make pest and add little water make like sauce
