Steak Filling For Pies

Hi I have few questions, firstly by tomato sauce do you mean tomato ketchup, also what brand mustard sauce do you use and is Dhana Jeeru cumin seeds or ground cumin? Can you also advise roughly how much Turmeric, Cumin, Chilli powder, Red masala, brown vinegar and tomato and mustard sauce i should use. JazakAllah Khair

2avo sliced a litre milk liquidise than condense milk put little at a time so its doesnt get over sweet 1/4tsp elachi powder.i hope this will help.
