I like this recipe, I'll add less icing sugar next time because you're meant to taste the cream cheese flavor with Red Velvet cakes. Also, I've learned to use the electric mixer until it gets to adding the icing sugar, I use a spatula instead to prevent it from flopping. Jzk...
