This is really an EXCELLENT recipe! My family and guests thoroughly enjoyed it. However I have to warn u , it has quite a number of different ingredients so make sure u do some shopping before making this... but well worth it!!
Aslmz,wanted to find out after rolling should i leave to rise again on tray and than bake or should i bake straight away after rolling? Jazakallah
I made this on the weekend, froze it and baked it on Thursday it was delicious. I didn't dip the sheets in boiling water just layered them . Baked it for an hour after it was defrosted. My children who are the most fussiest eaters couldn't stop eating it.

Jazak! Made the Kofta,flat bread but made a Greek salad,don't have my processor cos we've moved to Joburg and stuff is still packed away. Next time inshalah Ameen Will make the Tahini sauce. So tasty family enjoyed it.
