@MRS HAFESJI - Wslm sis u can make custard @home. When chilled add plain double cream yogurt. Adjust sweetness according to taste. Use more custard. Like 3/4 part of custard n 1/4 part of yogurt. Hope this will helps you 👍.
@MRS HAFESJI - It's a paste made with coarse red chillies garlic and other spices. Typically used for curries n other Indian dishes

The dough was a bit sticky but once fried it was soft. It taste just like the ones that are bought from the restaurants.

Lovely recipe... Especially for a first attempt!! Enjoyed by all❤️ I adjusted the chilli cos we prefer mild. And I found the flour amount too much- Would adjust to a few tablespoons instead. Will be making this again soon 👌

@FATIMA SAYED - Slmz. Unfortulately the texture of this burfee is quite soft and won't work with a nozzle. I have another burfee recipe posted which will work better for nozzling and moulding
