@KAY - 2 x 80g or 1 x 180g or 1 cup Chocolate chips plus an another 80g to decorate.

@KAY - They stay fresh and up to a week in an airtight container.. Or in the freezer for up to a month or two..

@FATIMA SAYED - Cheese and Corn Samoosas Rec cred: ruhana ebrahim Pic cred: @ruhanas_kitchen INGREDIENTS 1 cup grated gouda cheese 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese OR 3 cups grated gouda cheese 2 cups frozen corn 2 large onions (diced fine) Handful fresh dhania (chopped) Handful chives/shallots (chopped) (*Optional- ground green chilli to taste) METHOD Cook corn in microwave with salt and pepper to taste until just tender. Cool before adding to cheese. Mix everything together and fill in samoosa pur. Seal with lai and freeze. (Makes 6-8 dzn samoosas depending on size of pur and how full you fill pur)

@ZAINAB - wslm , best to use frwsh coconut if not then the dessicated 1 . yes im sure it can be fried immediatly . I havent tried this recipe personally but i have posted a tried and tested 1 as well

@FATOEGA SHA - Few hours. No not immediately. Cheesecake needs to set. Will not bevsoggy if u make the filling correctly and bake phylo right
@AMZ - I kept in fridge for few days. Ws still crisp
@FATOEGA SHA - If using puff pastry u need to blind bake it. That is to place baking paper on the pastry once in pan and then place baking beans or rice and bake. No to samoosa pur
