@DONT WORRY - depends on how many fillets u using. i didnt make a full kg. i made 4 chicken fillets. we are 5 and it was more then enough. as its Ramadan i had other things as well.
@DONT WORRY - i make a kg and freeze. i take out as needed. i made about 10 kebabs. depends on what else u serving.

Hi, and thanks for the recipies! I have just 'discovered' Magenta Love potatoes and I'm planning to roast/bake them in the oven with rosemary and olive oil- I dont want to peel them... is the skin good to eat? Like a normal white potato?

@HAWA DOKRAT - All purpose cake flour... U can use any brand I used snow flake in this recipe
@SHAISTAH - Slm maaf late reply i just cut the edges n put direct in procesor .but once my daughter soaked it in water squeezed access than into processor it came out fine.
