Salms. Delicious...but I have to tell u a funny story. I had marinated the chicken but I couldn't remember how to make potatoes n butternut n when I tried to get to receipe it just wasn't coming ๐ฒ . Now my mother in law was coming for lunch! Stressed out. Alhamdulillah after half n hour of continuous checking I finally came through๐ .

@SURA WILLIAMS - Wslm its better to cook in nonstick pot your sojee if ur pot is oven friendly(like my pot i use the handles dnt melt over heat) so i place the pot into oven on 160degrees to steam than i served it.hope sis u understood what i meant

Salaam, this recipe looks delicious and as a beginner baker, I would like to make this Barfee Soji. The recipe says:"Now steam in oven for another 15 - 20 minutes." What does this mean? Kindly explain in more detail how this is done in respect of this recipe. Jzk

@TAZZY - Sometimes the chana is sitting at the store for a while. I've tried it with mugni dhal, not chana, but old indian trick is to use pinch bicarb to make it soft. Someone else said they would boil the chana before cooking to soften it.
This is the best crumpets ixvextasred and made so far.. just added a little mor milk n sugar. JazzakAllah so much
