tried this , it was nice .... although next time il omit the rose syrup i think it clashes with the pomegranate ... loved the pomegranate variation so it must be great on its own minus the rose

Hi quick question. Can we use any full fat powdered milk or does it have to be klim?
@SHABNAM MAHOMED - When you add the flour do a little at a time but don't mix too much. Because the mixing of the flour too much flattens the biscuits. Also if you add little at a time you'll be able to see when the dough is soft and has come together. And you may not need the whole three cups or may need more.
can i use all purpose flour instead of cake flour?
I really want to make this, I didn't understand if I don't have coconut cream what to do? Is it mix coconut water and milk? Sorry can you please explain x

@SUMZ - I used 4-5 medium to large jam tomatoes..Bread can be added however i felt that it is not needed as the method above (that is with no bread) works well for me.
I made these they were delicious but they were dry snd the coconut didnt stick well to the gulab jamun. Shoukd i soal them more in syrup shall i try them again once iv wiped all the coconut off

@AADS - ±2 - ½ cups until I got a nice soft dough.. I also thought it was a soft biscuit as it has icing sugar n not granulated.. After if was baked it was crispy I guess the flake inside makes it like that... It was yummy though enjoyed with tea or coffee. Perfect for dipping

Salaams. Made this on Sunday that passed. Had it with chips & rolls though. . Came out quite nice. . I just lessened chillies cos of my kids. Gonna try it again with a full chicken insha Allah.
