I made it this weekend ...fantastic combination of flavours. I added steers tikka sauce and Minnies Portuguese sauce. Came out spicy and creamy , loved it.

One of the easiest fudge recipes around. My kids make this all the time. Just remember to keep stirring mixture occasionally in the 10 minutes stopping the microwave otherwise it will overboil(what a mess). The time also is a guideline depending on the power of your microwave.

@MISS CHEM - No its milk powder, and you can not substitute it with any milk powder , the taste wont be the same. There a few suggestions on google for cake flour substitutes

this is very tasty,used more than1/2 tin cream in the mixture....was too rich after all the eid indulgences on the day but totally enjoyed it the days after eid where you not eating so many other things..
what should the texture of this dessert be ? is the liquidized mixture firm like the jelly or thinner ? i found it thin, not runny but thin so i added abother can of pineapple hoping to have a firmer layer it tasted good , very cooling after a long day of fasting
@THAIRA - Wslm, It's not super crunchy neither is it really chewy😂 I know that doesn't help much... but it's sort of in between
