I made this roast recipe for Ramadaan Eid, and it was so delicious. I will be using the same recipe next Eid, In sha Allah.

made this bread twice. makes a nice pizza base as well. prick the base, bake at 180 *C for about 10 minutes, then add your tomato base and other ingredients you normally use for pizza.
if making rolls, it takes about 30 minutes to bake.
