@AMZ - There could be many options. You over fried the chicken. You cut strips too thin. You may have fried it too long and then grilled it and it got drier so it got hard.

@KAY - It is plain yoghurt that is double in thickness And in cream. Woolworths stocks it. If you cant get it then use ordinary plain yoghurt
@KAY - u can use any other caramel chocolate or dairy milk going best with it. 2 100grm dairy milk

Brown sugar in America is not South African brown sugar. The cinnabons are going to be dry unless you add about 1.5 dessert spoons of molasses (can find at Dischem) or if you substitute muscovado or treacle for the brown sugar

slms does it have to churn in an icecream machine or can we only just freeze ? I tried this recipe, it simply did not churn and get thick in icecream machine so i froze it anyway and it tasted very nice, yummy.

@NAZ - wslm Naz there is a recipe for red masala. Red Masala:- 2 ½ kg ginger cleaned and minced 1 kg garlic cleaned and minced 2 kg red whole chillies (soak in hot water for ½ and hour and mince) Mix all 3 together and mince it 1 more time till it is well combined. Add oil and salt to this, masala will then be ready to use.
