@ Fary. I did mine exactly as stated in recipe its not a very saucy achaar but neither is it dry. Myb u let it gt to thick if so then just add little vinegar to thin it out.

Sis naseema. I poured th warm mixture over the set jelly. Let it set for few hours before unmoulding

I think if you want to make it in advance, it will be better to make the filling and then pipe it the next day you want as strawberries tend to get mushy and watery
Hope they come out better next time inshallah :) If your butter is too soft at the creaming stage, you might have to add a bit more flour to make the dough firmer

Sorry 😕 These biscuits do tend to become big but as for the flatness, maybe the dough was a bit soft?
